🌸 What is a preorder? Preorders are sold before the item is available.

🌸 How long will it take to get my preorder? This will vary preorder to preorder. These are handmade items made in house. Typically it will take a few weeks for production. Please expect to wait 3-5 weeks to receive your preorder.

🌸 My order has both preorder and non-preorder items. How will shipping work? if your order contains both preorder and non-preorder items, ALL items will ship with the preorder. If you would like to receive non-preorder items earlier, please place them in a separate order!

🌸 Can I cancel my preorder? Cancellations are NOT available for preorders as the funds are used to pay for the production of preorder items. Please be sure of the commitment before making the purchase!

🌸 How do I care for my clothing? Recommend the following —Always turn shirt inside out and washing machine cold wash only on gentle cycle or hand wash. Use mild detergent with no fabric softeners.

If using a dryer — Turn shirt inside out and use a cool setting to avoid shrinking or damaging the shirt print design. Air drying is highly recommended and laying the shirt flat.

Do not dry clean. Do not iron straight on the shirt print design, turn the shirt inside out and iron on low setting.

🌸 How do I care for my tote bag? Spot clean or hand wash, and let it air dry. If it must be washed turn inside out and use the gentle cycle on cold water. Putting in the washing machine / dryer may damage the print design.

🌸 How do I care for my glass cup? Hand wash only and air dry. It is not dishwasher safe or microwave safe.

🌸 Are your stickers waterproof? Yes! Stickers are waterproof. Recommended for indoor use for the best long lasting results.

They will survive on a hydro flask! Please make sure the surface is smooth. Certain water bottles have a textured surface and the stickers will not adhere well to that kind of surface.

🌸 Can I put your stickers on a car? Yes! They are not UV-proof and have a life span of 6 months before the colors will fade. Place outside at your own risk.

🌸 Do you do exchanges? I do not offer sizing / any exchanges, please measure yourself beforehand and look at the sizing chart.

🌸 I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

🌸 PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept returns for sizing mistakes, please measure yourself and read the size chart for an accurate fit.
